November’s special events
A Time to Remember

Sunday 3 November at 3.30pm – a service for all who have lost loved ones. Join us as we remember by name our special people, and pleas stay for refreshments afterwards.
Breakfast Special
Join us on Saturday 9 November at 9am for a breakfast, with Jim and Doreen Nicolson.
Many of us have heard Jim speak about war history before, and we know what an interesting speaker he is. Doreen his wife will be sharing some of her poetry, to bring a new dimension to the morning. Let us know if you’d like to come, so we cook enough eggs & bacon, and roll up at 9am.
Quiz Night
Once again, Karen Street will be doing one of her famous quizzes – this time on Saturday 16 November at 7.30pm. We will be raising money for St Cuthbert’s, so please be aware that this event will cost you!
Hopefully the enjoyment will far outweigh the damage to your bank balance.
Carers Sunday

On Sunday 17 November at 10am we will hear carers stories, pray for them and offer our thanks and
respect. Please invite anyone you know who is a carer.
Christmas Choir

Our specially augmented Christmas choir will sing at the Carol Service on Sunday 22 December at 6pm.
Practices will be on Friday evenings after half term, (from 8th November) 7.30pm in church. Tell your family & friends, invite anyone of any age who enjoys singing to come and join us. The more the merrier.
