Easter is the most important season in the Christian calendar where we celebrate Christs death and resurrection. Our services are spread over four days from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday. You are very welcome to attend any of our services where you will be made welcome.
Maundy Thursday
9.30am Communion service
7.30pm Service at St Catherine’s & St Paul’s with the opportunity for washing your feet
Good Friday
10.30am We are going up to Hoddesdon town centre to take part in an outdoor celebration of Jesus’ saving death for us.
7.30pm Lift High the Cross – a choral celebration of the events of Good Friday, with massed choirs from local churches
Easter Day
6.30am – Sunrise service. Join us at the Rye House Gatehouse for an early service lasting about 30 minutes. We then go back to the church for a cooked breakfast. (Please let us know if you would like breakfast!)
10.00am – Communion Celebration – Join us to celebrate the risen Lord!
